Gallery+ for Headway is a great leaf for displaying your galleries of photos.  (Check the examples below for some of the amazing things it can do)

Four leafs in one!

And what’s more, it is four leafs in one! With Gallery+ you get an Accordion gallery leaf, a Carousel gallery leaf, a Slider gallery leaf, and a Thumbgrid gallery leaf. All for the price of one leaf!

Support for multiple gallery sources

Furthermore, as well as having its own gallery system, Gallery+ can access and use photos in the basic Headway Photo Gallery leaf, NextGen Gallery and standard WordPress galleries in posts and pages.

Gallery+ is a new leaf developed by Headway Themes. As the name suggests, it allows you to present a gallery of images but do a lot more than the standard gallery that comes with Headway.

This page shows some examples of G+ in action.

The first, and possibly most exciting demonstration, is right here. A Gallery+ leaf embedded in content! No other Headway leaf has had this functionality before. This allows you to put your gallery exactly where you want it within your content.

New Features in v1.1

Version 1.1 of Gallery+ sees a raft of new features, including:

  • Three new gallery styles – Accordion, Carousel and ThumbGrid
  • Resize options for display image now are: Crop, Stretch, Match Height, Match Width, and Fit to Height and Width
  • New navigation button styles. Now 50 to choose from.
  • Can now use galleries in WP posts and pages
  • Enhancements to Lightbox viewer
  • New Zoom Inside and ZoomUp methods to view larger image
  • Ability to link from a thumbnail or image to a URL
  • Option in WP admin to refresh the Gallery+ image cache
